Is a spotter (the one who knows or identify the target to a murder "hudas", the one who put the victim surveillance) to a crime of murder, mostly a modus operandi of riding in tandem, (3 persons, 1 spotter, 1 get away driver (motorcycle driver), hitman trigger man)... IMO yes, because he is an indespesible part of the crime, which is not easy to prove, what do you guys think, i wanna read you opinion on the matter... this there conspiracy?  or he is just an accomplice? thanks!
