ask ko lang po kung may dapat bang matanggap yung mister ko na backpay from company nila. almost 7yrs po sya sa company nila,nagresign sya nung january 2017.kasi yun po ang sabi ng hr head sa kanya,na policy ng company nila dapat magresign,may naging problema kasi sya sa regular medical check up ng company

backpay for what? May salary ba syang di natanggap before?

Baka separation pay po ang ibig nyong sabihin? Pag nag resign po ang empleyado wala pong separation pay, unless may company policy or CBA na nagsasabi na meron syang matatanggap.. kung wala ang makukuha lang nya eh yung last salary nya, pro rated 13th month pay and converted leave credits..

separation pay po.nakuha po nya last salary nya.ibig po bang sabihin,wala syang matatanggap from company.ang sabi po nya,yung ibang empleyado na nagresign,may natanggap po.di ko po sure kung backpay o separation
