Hello po good day!

I just need some advise for this certain problem. This is thru online, madami po kasing nabiktima yung taong pinag-orderan ng mga baby stuffs, ang hindi lang po namin sure kung siya po talaga yung nasa profile and balak po namin na icheck dun sa pinagclaiman niyang center yung identity niya. Pwede po kaya kaming magfile ng kaso sa kanya kahit na malalayo yung complainants? Nasa Mindanao po kasi yung iba and yung iba naman OFW. May kaso po ba kaming maipafile sa ganun klaseng panloloko?
