I will be a single dad soon... the mother of my child dont want to put her name on my child birth certificate...is it possible?

the mother and i decided to part ways after she give birth and ako yung magpapalaki sa bata. at gusto nya na mabura xa sa buhay naming mag ama. madami siya rason at ako tong nagpupursige na ituloy nya ang dinadala nya. pero yun kondisyon nya. pwede ko ba hindi ilagay pangalan nya? sa birth Certificate? and if i declare ko xa as abandoned ng mother anu process at requirements? hope matulungan nyo ako... malapit na siya manganak at ayaw ko magkaproblema pa birth Certificate ng anak ko

Pag hindi ilalaagay ng nanay ang pangalan niya sa birth certificate, magiging "foundling" ang baby. As if hindi kilala kung sino ang mga magulang.

Ang maipapayo ko sa iyo ay kausapin mo ang nanay na ilagay ang pangalan niya sa birth certificate, at i-acknowledge mo ang bata. Ngayon, pag nakarehistro na ang birth certificate, i-adopt mo ang bata. Kasi pag illegitimate child, ang nanay ang may custody. Ngayon, kung i-adopt mo ang baby, mabubura na sa birth certificate ang nanay at ikaw lang ang nakalagay doon na magulang.



Pero kung talagang ayaw ng nanay, ang maaari mong gawin ay alagaan pa rin ang bata from birth tapos i-report mo sa DSWD para magawan ng "foundling" birth certificate. Maaari mong i-explain sa kanila ang situation. Pagkatapos ay illegally adopt mo na para sayo nakapangalan ang birth certificate ng bata. Kailangan kasi may birth certificate ang bata kahit na nakalagay ay "foundling" birth certificate para ma-ampon mo legally.
