May nabili po kaming unit kay Harvard Multiland. Naka loan na po sa bank. Nakuha po namin yung susi ng unit last Nov., 2016. May 1 year warranty po yung unit. Pero hindi po nila inaaksyunan yung mga nirraise namin na issue. Eto po yung sinend namin sa kanila na paulit ulit.
1. There are still garbage/debris in front of the driveway; How can we park our car? This was raised last April 19, 2016! It's over a year now. Never did we see it clean!
2. The cabinet's door hinges and doors are still not fixed. This was raised last Nov. 3, 2016!
3. The lock of the sliding window at the living room is not working; it can easily be opened even if it's locked. Please replace the sliding window ASAP! Raised last Nov. 28, 2016!
4. Both comfort room floors are uneven causing the water to go to the side where there's no drainage. - Raised last Dec 1, 2016, fixed last Feb. 2017 only the bathroom at the ground floor.
5. The granite on the kitchen sink easily gqoes off. It's not properly installed. - Our own workers fixed this already.
6. The door knobs (on one bedroom and at the back door) are both not working. - We fixed on our own.
7. Foul smell coming from the CR in the Master's Bedroom. - Our own worker found the cause and fixed it because your contractors can't find where the smell is coming from.
8. The roof is leaking. Please fix this asap as it now rains often. This was first raised last Jan. 23, 2017!
9. NEW ISSUE: Floor tiles on the living room buckled/popped up. Raised last March 8, 2017!
Yung issue no. 8 and 9 po ayaw nila ayusin dahil nagpa extend po kami sa unit at ang reason nila, kami daw po nakasira nun. Though alam namin na hindi. Hindi naman basta basta mag bbuckle yung tiles kung maayos ang gawa. Hanggang ngayon po puro 'acknowledged' lang ang narreceive namin na sagot sa kanila.
Ano po pwede namin gawin?
