estafa case

goodmorning i hope you can help me with this one. a friend of mine is going to file an estafa case to me i borrowed a large amount of money because i have a package in cebu that i need to pay the taxes for me to claim. i promised her that i will pay it back once i get a hold of the package unfortunately the package has not yet delivered. nagkaroon kami ng kasunduan sa barangay na magbabayad ako kapag nakuha ko na yung package kaya lang po hindi pa ito dumarating makukulong po ba ako agad agad? hindi ko naman intensyong takbuhan yung utang ko.ano po ba ang dapat kong gawin. salamat po sa pagsagot
