My middle name in my Birth Certificate is mispelled. Instead of Baleyos, it was Baliyos. And also my Father's name, instead of Walter, it was Walter. All of my documents contained mispelled middle name like school records since Elementary to College. Even my previous work all records contained mispelled middle name. And also all of my id's such as unified id, nbi, tin and philhealth are same middle name. What should I do to correct my Birth Certificate? Can I still correct all my records and id's?
