Just wanted to ask po. There was a clause in our employment contract that stated that we have to pay a training bond even if you were terminated equal to a month's basic salary. This clause for reasons, was just started by the company just last year. Unfortunately, I was terminated and now my last pay was being retained as payment for the supposed training bond. And now, we plan to file a complaint in DOLE. Is it even fair na the bond was not fixed eh pare pareho lang naman po kami ng training na pinagdaanan ng new hires and I was even inform na it could be a vehicle for abuse since it was a win win situation sa kumpaniya. It is as if binigay mo na best mo sa kumpaniya pero talo ka pa rin. May laban po ba kami? Thanks po.
