Arresto Menor

Good day atty. I just want to ask.. we sold our property and it was assume mortgage and until now not yet notarized do we need to ask the agency who handled the loan to notariz it.. we are just worried maybe inthe near future if there will be a problem or deliquent in the acct we.might be liable for the property by the way it was 7 yrs ago and until now not notarize. Thanks
