Nagkaroon po ng revision sa Attendance Policy sa work namin na nag-take effect last Feb. 1, 2017. I was sent home last January 31, 2017 due to sore-eyes by the clinic Doctor. Bumalik ako ng work after 2 weeks na may fit to work na. Ngayon po gusto ako i-terminate ng immediate supervisor ko based on the guidelines of the new Attendance Policy pero kung sa previous policy po hindi dapat mangyari ito. Nalaman ko lang po ang tungkol sa pagbabago sa Attendance Policy habang nka sick leave ako at hindi ko pa rin nakikita yung changes until before ako nakabalik ng work. Wala rin akong nasamahang orientation tungkol sa new Attendance Policy hanggang ngayon. Dapat ho ba na i-apply agad sa akin yung bagong Attendance Policy given na una nagsimula ang absences ko before nag take effect? At wala namang notification nor orientation na nangyari?We weren't even aware that a plan to revise the Attendance Policy was happening before it was implemented.
