Hello po! I want to ask about my annulment case , 6months ago I started on my psychologist and some documents since I am working abroad and need to return abroad..my atty will notified me..now im here in philippines supposedly it will be my first hearing but my atty told me that they cannot locate the address where the summon letter to be send to the respondent in her address in phil ,ung respondent also working in another country as of now nasa ibang bansa cia.Atty told me the hearing is cancelled. Naguguluhan n po ako i thought n since 6month passed n lumalakad n ang case, sabi ni atty need ng sheriff n mghhatid ng summon letter doon x place ..need po ba sheriff magdala ng letter? Gusto k lng po malinawan about annulment proceedings.

Anyway, annulment proceedings is not a fast case. Maraming hearings pa iyan and tatagal pa yan kung malakas din yung case ng spouse mo against sa iyo. Just keep in touch with your lawyer here and make sure lahat ng sinasabi ng lawyer mo ay ginagawa nya nga. You should have a representative here in PH para macheck din kung umuusad nga yung kaso mo, like a trusted relative that can follow up personally with your lawyer.
