Arresto Menor

4 Years na po kaming kasal ng asawa ko. Civil marriage.
Kumukuha po kami ng Marriage certificate sa sa NSO pero walang record. Ang sabi hnd daw po naipasok ng municipal registrar yung papel namin. ano pong pwede kong gawin? pwede paba i-process yung kasal namin kahit 4 years na ang nakalipas? btw meron po kaming isang anak. At ayaw ko pong mabaliwala lang yung kasal namin.

PLEASE HELP ME.

Yes, bring your marriage certificate sa local civil register and inquire whether it has been forwarded to NSO. It is their duty to forward the record to the NSO. Valid pa rin ang marriage ninyo kahit hindi nai-submit sa NSO on time.
