I found out my husband's mistress is pregnant. She told my husband the baby is his but we are not sure. She is clearly aware that my husband is married but was insistent and even sending him emails telling him how much she likes him. Unfortunately, my husband gave in and they had an affair for several months and now the girl is pregnant.
Can I sue just the mistress?
I want her and the baby away from us and no longer bother us again.
I've not had a decent sleep since the day I found out. I don't even have the appetite to eat and this really took a toll on our marriage as I have asked my husband and I to separate (and i'm not sure if this is temporary or permanent).
