For the past 13 years, our company policy for meal period is 1 hour for lunch break without pay and 30 minutes breaktime in the afternoon with pay. But last Friday, they order a memo stating that our lunch break will be reduced to 45 mins. and our afternoon break will be reduced to 15 minutes only.
Is this legal? Can this be categorize to Diminution of Benefits?
