We purchased a lot by monthly installment for 3 yrs starting Q1 of 2008 . However, after more than 2yrs of paying our monthly amortization, we have not seen any development on the site. The contract states that after paying at least 50% of the cost, we can now start building our house. We tried to talk to the developer and he said he will start the development after he completes the relayout of the site. It's because portion of the site has not been cleared with the owner of that land. They even provided us the timeline (verbal only). However, after around 4 months already, no any development can be seen on the site. We are suspecting that this developer is just getting our money and investing for something else.
Can we ask for full reimbursement if we decides to? What other damages should we demand for? Thank you
