Mother has signed transfer of property over to me, daughter, and has had it notorized. What is next step, and following steps to get it completed. And approximately how much are the costs? Property (land and house) are located in Ramon, Isabela Province.

capital gains or donors tax = 6 % of value
doc stamps 1.5% of value
transfer fees 3/4 % of value more or less
Registration with Register of Deeds - depends on the value

you should pay the cap gains tax/doc stamps within 30 days from date of notarization with the BIR otherwise magkaroon yan ng penalty at surcharge
