Reservation fee for house and lot non refundable

Good afternoon i have a problem regarding on a house and lot reservation fee.i just reserved yesterday a loanable house and lot but i am not informed the real price of a property then my husband asked me to get back the reservation fee because he is not here he is working on board so we discuss only thru messeging.i pay for reservation yesterday and after that i tell to my husband the real amount of the property then he disagree because the price is far different to the first computation they showed me.so i asked the agent to discontinue my reservation and i just get my money back which is 20k and the agent tolde that i cannot get it back its not refundable.what do i do now???

Reservation fees are usually non-refundable and non-transferable.  

It is also up to the buyer to check the computations, you must also have signed documents prior to the payment of the fee.  You are also responsible for the information given to you by the agent.  I have not heard of any developer refunding the reservation fee. So sorry.
