The loan agency filed a case againts me in the small court and we had an agreement that i will pay it last january 6. I tried to do everything that i can to settle the 12,000pesos. I even asked one of my cousins to lend me money just so i could pay them. My counsin said he already deposited the account and so i thought ok na lahat kasi i was out of town until now. So to make the ling story short nalaman ko na lang na yung cousin ko eh di pala nagdeposit. Now i am so worried kasi nakitira lang ako sa relative namin (dun kasi adress ko when i applied for the loan) i am worried sabi kasi ng collector ko thru text eh ishesherif daw nila ako. Are they allowed to get the appliances like tv ref etc. or things sa bahay ng relative ko even if it is not mine?
I really want to pay this asap. Do i have an option like an extension for me to pay before the end of the month? If so, saan po ako magask and pano?
