Final Interview and Clearance Processing Delay

Hi Lawyers and those who are knowledgeable sa law.

What should I do if the company delays the final interview and I cant get a clearance form to be clear from the company?

Im done rendering 45days and up tp my last day in the office, HR or anyone from the management did not talk to me about whatever it is that I need to do after my render period. I sent an email to them and I was scheduled for an exit interview, 1 and half hours after my last day (so kind of OT pero hindi since technically aslt day ko na...)

My sched is 9PM to 6AM, meeting is scheduled at 7:30AM. 8AM, wala pa yung magiinterview from HR and I really need to go home since from Ortigas, sa Laguna pa ako uuwi and I was really in pain. Umuwi ako and just left an email asking if we can reschedule.


What should I do if they don't reply to my emails/calls regarding my clearance and exit? I need my last pay but if I can't get a clearance form, wala ako makukuhang back pay.

Is the company liable in ANY way if they keep on doing that?

What can/should I do?

Wala kang gagawin kundi pumunta sa HR sa sabihin mong magpa-process ka ng clearance.
Kung hihintayin mong sagutin emails mo e good luck sayo, baka next year ka pa masasagot.
