Resignation

Good am Atty.

Ask ko lang po kasi nag resign po ako last 1 month ago to comply the company standard pero sa boss ko po binigay ang resignation letter ko. Then, i thought mag effect na ang resignation ko after 1 month na binigay ko ang resignation letter ko. I have signed 2 years contract from the company as term employee at mag end ang contract ko this coming March 2017 pa pero gusto ko na pong umalis pero nag advise ang boss ko now na hindi pa po daw nya tinanggap ang resignation letter ko kasi may kulang pa akong data na for turnover. Pero kaya nga po ako nag resign kasi medyo nahihirapan na ako sa trabaho ko.

if umalis ka before march 2017 pwede ka idemanda for damages dahil sa breach of contract. Itry mo iturn over whatever data they are asking for, baka payagan ka ng boss mo.

Naka depende po ba sa Boss ko kung tanggapin niya o hindi ang resignation letter ko? So if ma bigay ko na po yung hiningi nila then di parin po ako payagan ano po kaya ang pwedeng step na gawin ko?

you just have to weigh whether yung damages would be worth staying or not. but syempre if hindi ka idemanda ng boss di walang problema
