I lease a home but there is not signing of contract but only a verbal said approach. After that i want to leave the place where i used my last deposit and she said that you must pay the month that has been on the verbal approach. I want to leave the place because of uncomfortable and abusing word of a owner. What can you advise and how i could counter her manner.
