Hi po Maam/sir/ Admin Happy New Year,
Tanong ko po maaari bang magpakulong o magsampa ng kaso ang employer(agency) na pasikreto o hindi kinonsult sa company o client nila ang empleyado nito? ang issue po ay qualified theft...
Possible din po ba na esurprise na hulihin ang accused na walang notice sa kanya?

Tanong ko po maaari bang magpakulong o magsampa ng kaso ang employer(agency) na pasikreto o hindi kinonsult sa company o client nila ang empleyado nito? ang issue po ay qualified theft... - depends sa pangyayari. Ano ba ang kinuha or nawala.

Possible din po ba na esurprise na hulihin ang accused na walang notice sa kanya?
- yes syempre hindi mo sasabihin dun sa accused kasi kung hindi magtatago yung tao. Pero bago kunin ng pulis sasabihin naman nya, na may warrant sa kanya at kung ano ang charges.

speaker po ata na worth 3000+php
sabi niya hindi nya intention na angkinin yun share nya sa skin, hiniram lang daw niya.. ang problema po is may katrabaho xa na kinunan ng litrato yung bag niya na andun ang speaker, tapos ilang araw sinauli nman nya. yung agency po ba ang magpapakulong sa ganyan na situation o ang company na may ari na unit?

ilang taon po ba kulong sa ganung kaso qualified theft, kinuha is worth 3000+?
