Hi good day po.. macoconsider po bang illegal dismissal ang force rEsign?pinagawa po kase samin ng agency namin na gumawa raw kami ng resignation letter para hindi na lang daw nila kami iterminate. At ibibigay daw po nila yung 13th mo.pay namin. Pero til now COE lang po ang naibigay samin pero yung 13th mo. Wala pa rin po. Salamat po sa sasagot.

Hi salamat po sa pagsagot. Pano po kung yung company iniipit po yung 13th mo.pay namin dahil may mga charges daw po sila samin. Ayaw po nila ibigay copy ng charges namin. Tama rin po ba na icharge samin ang food cost ng isang store at tampering po? At maramI pa po sila fustong icharge samin para waladaw kaming makuhang 13th mo.pay. ano ano po ba yung mga legal charges na dapat ikaltas sa mga empleyado?
