Good day!

is the security guard entitled for a 13th month pay even if the contract rate of the client does not include such.

for humanitarian reason, we gave the guard 13th month pay but for a minimal. the guard now filed a complaint (SEnA)

what advise can u give thanks

yes security guards are entiled to 13th month pay

Are you directly paying the monthly salary of the security guard or it's through agency?
