1. I read a company policy po dito sa company namin stating, only company drivers should operate company vehicles, and our department was divided into to divisions, sa division lang po namin ung wlang drivers, nung nagtanong kmi sa hr, they told us that hands off na daw sila dun kasi jurisdiction na ng department namin.
2.regarding overtimes po, nasa company policy din po namin na pwd lang po kami pilitin mag overtime incase of war of ikakalugi ng company, actually gnawan na to ng paraan nuon kasi shifting po kami sa field, and 24hours po ang operations, dahil po dumami ang facilities, nagbawas po ng tao so they need to extend working hours
3. Pwede po ba sila mag file ng abandonment if we already rendered regular 8hrs of our duty?
4.we do have a company policy po na if you have less than 8hrs sleep sa operations.we can file the succeeding hours to straight filing which is x3 sa regular fair, so what our department did was cut the time rendered and formulated a term "gentle man's agreement"
5. What do you mean po na as field personell hindi po kami entitled sa overtime?
6.oh ranking file po kasi kami and we are paid per hour, so we are entitled overtime po, ayun..
7.is it OK po ba na ireconstruct ang job order po namin by our department without any signatories? Nung pinuna ko po Un..they suddenly recalled all of our distributed job orders, I got a copy.. Hndi ko po isinauli,
8. We are on call, like for example po, 10pm ng gabi nag out po ako, then suddenly somethings up, so at 1am they needed me na pumasok, or any time of the day, and I have a regular duty that is 8am-4pm
9. Regarding po sa load na additional sa duties namin.. Before may mga tao po sa equipment or fpor the position, then these people are asking for compensation kasi po mejo complicated ung trabaho nila, so ang gnwa nila.. Inilipat nila ung tao which is lateral transfer, then kming mga naiwan ang sumalo, Nung una sabi po pag aralan lang habang nag aantay ng kapalit.. Pero Nung nag tagal, they are starting to sanction us kahit po hnd kmi designated for the said job.
