Good day po!

Tanong ko lang kung tama ba ginawa ng company namin na half lang ang ibinigay nila sa salary increase namin for last years performance. Ibibigay lang daw nila the other half of our salary increase if we can hit our income target for this year which is very impossible.

salary increases are a company's perogative. Kung ayaw nya magbigay pwede 0. this is unless yung contract mo states na may mandatory increase on a certain year etc

meron po kami yearly Performance Evaluation to assess or evaluate an employee's performance towards set objectives. It is used by our company as basis for decisions on salary increase, awarding of merit increase, promotions as well termination of employee. Inilagay pa yung computation/measurement of performance and rating at nasar Employees Handbook po namin ito.
