Arresto Menor

A trader owes us money that has been overdue for a month now. She issued us checks but she said she doesn't have funds for them. We also have notarized contracts. She always promise to pay but when the promised day comes, what she gives are alibis. I am already doubting her of her intention to pay. We badly need the money now to pay our bills and loans. What is the best thing to do in this kind situation? Please help.
