Sir,

Another thing, lahat pala ng technical concern is sakin mapupunta, wala man lang akong katulong or matatanungan dun if ever. Licensed engr ako at fresh grad, i am thinking to resign in the company. Contractual employee ako at nagsign ako for 1 year contract.

Usually they don't, but try to talk to your supervisor.

It depends what is stipulated in the contract, but usually they won't allow it.

Learn to endure all the hardship since this is your first job, once you learned all the ropes, things will become easier. Don't give up this should be a learning experience for you. No one ever succeeds just by giving up.

ALL employees, whether contractual or not, has the right to resign. If he is not allowed to do so, this is 'involuntary servitude' which is against the law.

If you resign, note however, that you should bear the consequences of your resignation. If your contains stipulations of 'damages', you have to bear such stipulations.
