I want to assume the amortization of my relative's car. Our agreement is I'd give her a certain amount of money then I will assume her monthly amortization and will be driving her car from now on. She fully understand the risk if I cannot fully pay her the monthly amortization but it was not her concern (this is sort of a gift). I would like to know if there is an agreement template for this kind of transaction where my office can see the agreement written on paper and notarized by a lawyer that I am going to sub-lease her car even without the notification of the bank. (assuming sub-lease is allowed, or all risk are waived). Basically I want a written agreement for the both of us without the involvement of the bank where she leased her car. Malapit narin matapos, 15 months remaining and she just wants a new car.
