hi.. my father in law is donating a portion of his land to my husband.. based on the father in law's title, there is an Ra 26 sec 7 annotation and some mortgage encumbrances that have canceled. My question is, if the donation have been completed lawfully and that portion of the land will be named after my husband, are aĺl those encumbrances still be carried over to the new title? since only a portion of the land is to be transferred...
