i have bills with my previous credit card provider. i was not able to settle my debt due to ongoing bill issues. now my account got cancelled and I believe it was forwarded to a collection agency that keeps on contacting me during working hours. I keep on asking their attention with my concern which has been escalated multiple times but they keep on ignoring it and wont be able to answer why my bill is too high. they dont even process disputes.. now i keep on getting threat from different anonymous mobile numbers about filing a case about R.A 8484. I believe that they are now totally harassing me due to from P17,000 bill to P23,000 now I saw that they applied a big interest with brought my current balance to Total Amount Due: P 36,288.71. I want to know my right on this issue under Philippine Fair Debts and Collection Practices
