Good day po sa inyo... Sad

Ask ko lang po. Pwede po ba ako kumuha ng lawyer ko at irepresent ako sa court sa pinas? dahil OFW po ako dito sa pinas hindi ako makakaattend ng first hearing arraignment. Kinasuhan ako ng estafa kahit nagbabayad naman ako sa re-structure ng loan ko.

Pwede po ba ako irepresent ng lawyer sa court on my behalf kahit wala ako sa pinas? estafa case po.
