Ilang beses na akong bina-block ng Facebook dahil I am being critical to present administration. So naisip ko na idemanda ang company na nagmo-moderate sa Facebook dito sa Pinas. Sobrang perwisyo ang ginawa nila sa akin. Any legal advice? Thanks.

I can't give legal advise but Facebook doesn't actively monitor the content posted by users. They only rely on user reports (before proceeding on reviewing the reported content).
While di naman against their policy mag post ng political issues, it's up to them to flag the content as hate speech and attack on public figures (both are terms for blocking/banning) because it is their website.
At the end of the day, you are still using their platform and as written on their Terms of Service (which you have agreed to when you made an account) it's within their discretion if your content is offensive/threatening and they reserve the right to ban/block any account without prior notice.
