Maraming salamat po sa pag bibigay ng oras.

Kailangan po namin ng advise ninyo or steps how to prevent/restrain termination sa job.

Our professor is getting/almost on the road na for termination kasi inalisan na siya ng load/units. We planned for a petition but I think it's not enough. Any other ways to save our beloved professor? I love you

Hindi pa po narereview yung contract kung may "at will"

medyo malabo yung info eh. pero fyi, kalimitan sa faculty ay part-timers. so kung kaunti ang enrollees sa subject, hahatiin lang yun..kaya nga may magkakaibang kurso na magkakalase sa ilang subject.
Then meron din kasing faculty na mas bata pero nagpapataas ng degree like master's or phD.. so malamang sakanila ibibigay ang load lalo na kung programming for accreditation ang school nyo.
