Arresto Menor

Hi guys,

Please enlighten with this matter. I was confuse with it because both RA 9048 and RA 10172 is my problem. I personally filed the petition in LCRO,an its been a 7 months then. I am glad that they inform me to get my CORRECTED CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH next week. But I still don't know if my petition for both RA are been corrected.
I'm hoping someone will explain it to me, the means of CORRECTED CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH? if means all the clerical error in BC will be corrected as I petition the both RA.
