gud day... i just want to asked kung ilang days po ang refund bago mareleased at yung legal percentage na pwedeng ibawas ng isang developer sa kanilang client kung mag backout sa property na kinuha nila (bcoz of some reason and problem sa property)? ito po bay dadaan pa sa kanilang accounting dept. at legal dept. bago ito mareleased? tenks, god bless..

there is no fixed date. i recommend you inquire with the company. by law you may refund 50% if this is residential property, but some developers impose penalties and very little, if any is returned to the buyer.
