if merong ginawa criminally against the agency, yes they may sue the employee

Pnagbintangan po kc kapatid ko na damages against store property/theft not agency property, di pa po alam ng employer pero alam ng coordinator ng agency by making rumor by other staff w/o the consent of the company/employer. Di ba po ang task lang ng agency ay tga sahod. Can they sue my brother w/o the permission or order of the company?? Thanks po

pwede sila magsumbong sa authorities but if hindi sasang ayunan ng company na may-ari nung property hindi rin aandar yung kaso.
