Goodday

I go straight to the point. My wife died 6 years ago but only recently (almost a year to be exact) that I learned she has a stockholder of one of the leading fast food chain in our country where she worked when she was still alive.

The amount of stock is a big help for us, the family she left behind specially that our kids is still studying.

I only discovered this matter when I scrutinized one of the check under her name which we received yearly. I found out that this check was a dividend from the said stocks.

Now, how can I claim the stocks. And also somebody informed me that in the process of claiming those stock it requires big budget especially on tax since it took 6 years before I discover it and work for it.

Is there any lawyer that can assist me and instead paying his service right now, I just willing to negotiate with him and take a percentage of the proceeds.

Thank you very much

However, I don't have the copy of the stock certificate.
