Hello po, gusto ko lang po sana magtanong sa inyo tungkol sa demotion ng isang BPO employee.

(iklian ko nalang po)

Kami po ay nasa posisyong Photogrammetric Correction Specialist (Photoshop) sa company, 6 po samin ay nademote at ang basis nila ay Attendance Attitude Performance

kung sa performance po para sa akin ay wala kaming poblema knowing na wala namin kaming quota. we just need to finished the projects before deadline. in our 3 years in PCS wala po kaming nadelay na proj. kung sa attendance naman po ay madalas kming magleave example nalan po ako nagaaverage ako ng 2-4 leaves per month take note po hindi po bayad ang leave credits na hindi mo nagagamit kaya mas gusto ko pang ginagamit kesa matengga lang hnggng magreset. attitude naman actually hindi ko alam pano nila to kinukuha. is it grounds para mademote ang employee po ba? at meron pa po kming nalaman na nagtanong ang supervisor sa mga TL's na ganito "Kung meron kayong mga techs na laging pinoproblema at hindi mapasunod paki lista" tama po ba yan? thanks po

hindi bawal ang i-pinpoint ang mga problematic employees. merong bang memo na natanggap tungkol sa demotion?
