Hi,

if I will do a contract for project base employees how many days/ month are allowed? and are the company required to give mandated compensation to them?

wala naman pong maximum period or duration. basta pag natapos na yung project, end of contract niya na din regardless kung natapos ng maaga yung project

Direct hired as cameraman po ako project base po, 1yr na po ako sa company bale eto po ung ngyari sa akin 3 months probi na pinirmahan ko pag tapos po ng 3 months pinapirma po ako 6months contract then ngayon 1yr na po ako sa company and meron po akong nabasa sa DOLE na pag nagtrabaho ka sa company ng 1yr automatic regular ka kaso ung pagtapos ko po ng 6months meron pong pinapirma sa akin 1yr fix term na tinatawag tama po ba ung mga pinipirmahan ko? Gusto ko na pong maging regular kesa sa contract lang po thank you po

Ung mga SL and VL meron na po ba ko nun dahil 1yr na po ako and direct hired and tama po ba lahat ng pinirmahan ko
