Just submit you divorce paper to NSO and they can help you deal with it since he is a foreigner and he is the one who divorced you NOT you divorce him, therefore you are allowed to remarry as he is not likely to sue you for bigamy.

you need to file a petition in court for the recognition of such divorce papers.

file a petition in court to recognize the divorce against you. that will entitle you to re marry.

Petition in court?

that's fast. it is a simple process because all you need is to present the decision to the court for recognition. but of course you need a lawyer to assist you.

you only need to file a petition in court for judicial recognition of the divorce paper obtained by your husband sa japan. it is not a long process. you can go to PAO to ask for free legal assistance. when you divorce is already judicially recognized in the philippines, that is the time you can remarry.
