Cannot find court order of annulment

Hello,

I'd like to get married with my fiance. He was previsouly married but got annuled more than 10 years ago.

The annulment hasnt been transcribed to NSO yet.

The problem is, he doesnt know the case number and the ex wife wont tell him. He has been to the court record but they say they need the case number to find it.

We're stuck, cause the annotation of his annulment he's not written on his marriage certificate and my embassy wont allow us to get married without this paper.

It's a public information we should have access to but impossible to find those documents..

Please we really need some advice here !!!

check it with the court where the annulment case was filed. or check it with the Local Civil Registrar of the city or municipality where the case may have been filed. Normally after the decision, a copy will be issued to the Local Civil Registrar for its annotation. In case of sensitive matters. you may PM me.
