Hi if your employer terminate you, you get a last pay, right? But what if you are still in probation but they decided to terminate you.

- Is the probationary employee being terminated, entitled to receive a last pay?

- Is it the right of that probationary employee to be given a notice for at least 30days before they terminate him/her?

Last pay? Meaning salary for days you have worked for? Yes you still get that.

You only need to inform 30 days in advance IF the employee is being terminated due to installation of labor-saving devices, redundancy, retrenchment, closure or cessation of business or incurable disease.
