i recommend you talk to them and negotiate a proper exit. they cannot revoke your license by themselves, but they can file a complaint at PRC

Help nman po ulit. Kagagaling ko lang sa HR knina and den sabi nila i nid to pay doon sa service commitment nmin. Ito po kasi nakalagay sa contract ko ;

1. The employee to undergo the training conducted by the HR etc. Not exceeding 2 weeks of 8 hrs. Per day at a total cost of 60k the amount of which includes such as oder incidental expenses which was incurred during the training.

2. That the employee who resigns before complete 1 year shall obligate to pay the employer the proportionate cost of the training or training damages and related expenses or watever amount they may assessed.

Ito po question atty;

1. 60k po ba ung bond ko sa knila na babayaran? Or 60 k po iyong worth ng training?

2. Anu po iung sinsbi na incidental expenses? Kaya po ba ganun kamahal training namin na umabot ng 60k. Di nman po kami na accident so liable pa rin ba ako doon?

3. Or ung babayaran ko lang is ung training fee?

Sana tulungan nyo po ako para sa susunod na pagbalik ko doon ay alam ko na ang ryt ko as an employee. Para po kasing malabo ung nakalagay or is this thier way to deciet and thretned sa mga new employee.

Reclusion Temporal

its your employer's discretion na if they will dismiss you or not for not declaring your previous company.

Atty. I have some queries and I hope for them to be answered. I was a newly grad when I applied for this job as a Paralegal. This is my first job and two months nako. First month pa lang gusto ko na talaga mag resign. Hindi po Ito kabilang sa termination by an employee with just cause. I tried to give it a chance pero second month and sure na talaga akong I want to quit. Hindi napo talaga ako masaya sa work and sa work environment. Since probationary status pa lang ako and hindi pa ganun katindi ang pending duties ko, I'm thinking of going AWOL kasi ayoko na talaga mag render pa ng another month upon giving a resignation letter if possible. My concerns:
1) is it likely for the corporate lawyer na magpa file ng case against AWOL employees
2) can my future employers detect my AWOL history based sa nahulugang SSS, PhilHealth, etc Kung di ko I-declare ang previous job?
3) are there other possible ways for my future employers to detect my history Kung di ko na I-declare yun as experience aside from what's stated in #2?
4) personally, which you think would be better based on my case, go AWOL or serve the 30-day notice?

Thanks in advance Atty!
