Common law wife right - no kids

Hi, i would like to seek for your advice with regard to my situation. I was living in with a foreigner for 2 and a half years. We dont have any kids. He abandoned me and left with nothing. When we were together i was a battered gf/wife. The worst one was when he hit me and had my nose distorted. I never left him because well, i must admit i was so in love with the guy and of course stupid. He left and went back to UK and never came back to the philippines without leaving me anything. I am jobless and all i ask for him is to let me stay in our condo until the lease of contract is over and help me with the bills like electricity and etc. But he doesnt want to do that. He needs to go back to the philippines for work. I want to know what are my rights as a common law wife and can i demand on something though we dont have any kids? Were both capacitated to marry but just chose not to get married. What are my rights and do i have a fight if i file a case against him for beating me up.
