Just would like to know who's responsibility to pay the separation pay of the employee between manpower agency and client of the agency whom the employee worked?

to receive separation pay dapat ni terminate ka ng agency not yung client. If ililipat ka ng agency sa ibang pwesto no separation pay.

no, if client followed procedure, no relationship between you and client. so no responsibility from them.
did you receive termination notice from client?

so sorry sir, i'm the agency. client needs to remove all the employees which we deployed to them because the contract between our client and their client is going to end next month.

would it be our agency or our client who's going to pay the separation pay? Smile

So employee mo pa rin ang tao.

Kung meron pa siyang trabaho galing sa iyo, walang separation pay.

Ang usapang separation pay ay sa pagitan ng agency at ng employee ng agency.

Wala nang pakialam si client unless meron kayong kasulatan na sagot nila ang separation pay kunsakaling merong authorized cause ng pag tanggal ng tao.
