Please help, i am a new employee on my new employer, BPO industry. i was absent for how many days and my doctor advice me to rest for 3weeks due to laryngitis. I am unable to talk, no voice at all. I submit a med cert to have atleast a proof for my abscence and to inform my supervisor that i will be needing to take rest. Our salary goes out every 10 to 25th of the month.,
My question is are they going to hold my salary when the cut off is 1 to 15 for the 25th of the month pay out.? Just because i will be in a LOA? Is there any possibility they hold my salary? Please help. Thank you.

They have no reason to hold your salary.

Best that you actually ask your supervisor since most likely he will be the one to process your attendance and submit it to HR.
