Good Morning po. ask ko lang po sana kung ano or meron bang pwedeng action ang company namin sa isang empleyado na nag post sa kanyang account sa facebook ng hindi maganda regarding sa kumpanya. wala po syang nilagay na pangalan ng kumpanya pero po noong pinost nya po ito ay currently ay asa loob sya ng kumpanya namin. is it okay po ba to ask for a letter of apology first bago namen ibigay ang last sahod nya. ngresign nrin po sya. if ever po ba na hindi sya pumayag na gumawa ng letter of apology and incident report ano po ang pwde pa namin gawin.and one more thing po ang dati nya pong team leader tinext dn po nya at ngpost din po sa wall ng dati nyang teamleader ng d maggandang salita and ang team leader po ngaun ay humihingi ng public apology. if ever po ba na d pumayag ano po ang pwdeng gawin na next step para po safe at walang pwdng mging foul sa ssbhn at ggwin ko. maraming salamat po.
