Hello,
I am working for a US-based company (non-exclusive) and my boss would like us (there are other Filipinos working for him non-exclusively) to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Would an NDA filed in the US be also legally binding here in the Philippines?
We are also thinking of filing (and notarizing) a separate NDA here in the Philippines but should it state that the governing laws be that of the US and the Philippines and would it be as legally binding as though it were filed in the US?
