CONTRACT BOND

Hello everyone .

I am currently employed in a company. But i want to resign because i do not learn anything and i have no growth.

but my contract says that.

- You agree to remain employed with the company for at least two years inclusive of the six months probationary as consideration for the on the job training/seminars that will provided by company during your initial employment without prejudice to the right of the company to terminate you for just cause.

-In case you decide to resign from the company without completing the 2 years employment requirement or if the company decides to terminate you for just cause, you shall reimburse the company the sum of 20000 as compensation for the training provided to you.


Is it applicable if I resign now ? i am on a probationary period and I have already stayed 2 months with them . thank you for your response . Godbless

Just be prepared to pay yung P20,000.00. You can always hand in your resignation.

Babayaran ko pa po ba yung 20k pag nagresign ako ?
that moment na nagresign ako ? kase 2 months pa lang po ako and fresh grad .

well you can take your chances and fight it out sa court. Maybe the judge will take your side. I'm just saying be preapred kasi yan ang pinirmahan mo

hindi po ba sya upon regularization ? kase probationary period pa lang naman po ako . Pede ko po bang bayaran yung bond kapag nagkapera na ko at nakahanap ng ibang work .

Nakalagay mismo sa pinirmahan mo na kung umalis ka bago matapos ang 2 taon, babayaran mo ang 20k.

And generally sa ganyang mga kontrata, any amount na pagkakautang ay kailangang bayaran agad - "due and demandable immediately."

sir . hindi po ba yung clause nung contract na yan ay upon regularization ? eh pano po kung dun sa probationary period ko ay di ako maregular . liable po ba ako . gayung walang training sa buong probationary period ko .

Nakalagay lang na pag umalis ka o napaalis ka bago matapos ang 2 taon. Walang nakasaad na magbabayad ka lang pagkalagpas ng proby period.

2 months ka pa lang so hindi mo masasabi na wala talagang training.

At hindi lang naman training ang basehan nyan. Gumastos ang kumpanya para i-hire ka at pinakawalan na nila yung chance ma-hire ang ibang aplikante.

ibig sabihin po kung di talaga nila magustuhan performance ko within the period ay sisingilin nila ko ng ganung amount ? what if i can't provide the amount ?

Intindihin mo din yung dahilan kung bakit merong ganun.

Pag hindi ka makapagbayad, pwede kang habulin sa korte kung gugustuhin nila. Obligasyon mo yon. Pinirmahan mo ang kontrata, at siguro naman hindi ka pinilit nila.
